Shipping and Deliveries

Once the payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation notice by email.

We believe in thoughtful shopping and conscious shipping. That’s why, instead of rushing deliveries, we prioritise well-planned logistics that allow us to reduce unnecessary trips, minimise packaging waste, and lower our carbon footprint.

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days. This slightly slower process helps us avoid the environmental impact of rushed shipping, while still ensuring your items arrive in excellent condition.

Sustainable Packaging

At Noor & Sol, we care for the planet as much as we care for your shoes.
Our packaging philosophy is simple: reduce waste, reuse materials, and choose biodegradable options whenever possible.

To minimise our environmental footprint, all orders are shipped without shoe boxes by default. Instead, your shoes are carefully placed in a reusable cotton bag that you can keep and use to store your shoes or other items. This bag is then packed in a biodegradable mailer, designed to protect your order while minimising plastic use and waste.

We believe that packaging should serve a purpose — not just look pretty for a few minutes.
For that reason, we avoid fancy packaging that ends up in the trash.
Instead, we use simple, functional, and eco-friendly materials that protect your shoes and the planet.

If you would prefer to receive the original branded shoe boxes, simply let us know before completing your order or send us a message after checkout. We’ll be happy to include them, although please note that additional packaging may slightly increase the parcel size and delivery time.

International Orders (Outside the UAE)

We’re delighted to share our products beyond the UAE and currently ship across the GCC region.

International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note: refunds and exchanges are not available for international orders, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
