How do I choose the right size?
We recommend measuring your child's foot length, then adding 0.5-1cm for growing room.
Please see the detailed size chart above (check below for size reference - We recommend sizing up if your child is between two sizes).

How do I clean these shoes?
The majority of shoes in our range are machine washable. This makes shoe care very convenient.
Remove the insoles, machine wash on cold (30° max) without bleach, let air dry in the shade (never dry with direct heat or tumble dry).
For the daily upkeep of your shoes, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Full care instructions are shipped with every order.
How long will these shoes last with regular wear?
Our shoes are intended to last 6 to 12 months of everyday wear and tear, depending on your child's level of activity and their individual growth rate.

Our returns and exchanges are easy and hassle-free! You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return or exchange.
Shoes must be unworn (or worn indoors only), and returned in their original packaging with the original tags attached.
