How do I choose the right size?
We include asizing guideon every product page, and in eachdescription we note how the style fits— whether it runs small, large, or true to size.
For the best fit, werecommend measuring your child’s footand checking our size chart.

How do I clean these shoes?
The majority of shoes in our range are machine washable. This makes shoe care very convenient.
Remove the insoles, machine wash on cold (30° max) without bleach, let air dry in the shade (never dry with direct heat or tumble dry).
For the daily upkeep of your shoes, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Full care instructions are shipped with every order.
How long will these shoes last with regular wear?
Our shoes are intended to last 6 to 12 months of everyday wear and tear, depending on your child's level of activity and their individual growth rate.
We use reinforced methods of construction and quality materials to provide a shoe that will hold its shape, comfort, and aesthetics throughout its lifespan - no matter how many times it is worn on the playground or a daily basis at school.
Do these shoes provide proper support for growing feet?
Yes! All of our shoes contain arch support, cushioned insoles, and flexible soles that support healthy foot development.
All designs are developed by footwear specialists to support natural movement of the foot and proper stability and comfort children need for all day wear.
What's your return policy if these don't fit properly?
Our returns and exchanges are easy and hassle-free! You have 14 days from the date of purchase to make a return or exchange.
Shoes must be unworn (or worn indoors only), and returned in their original packaging with the original tags attached.
We send our customers free return shipping labels and free exchanges, to make sure the child gets the shoe that fits - because comfort and happiness are our top priorities!
